Client Login Help
Secure File Transfer
Welcome to the Sitkoff/O'Neil Accountancy Corporation Secure File Transfer area. You can use our Secure File Transfer to upload or download private, encrypted files that may be too large for email, or require more security than email, such as financial records. Below are the instructions on how to register for and use the file transfer system.
You need to be a registered user to use the system.
To Request a Username for our Client Account, please send your FIRST and LAST name in an email to: email@example.com with the title "Client Portal Account Request" in the subject line of your email.Once you send us a registration request, we will create an account for you. Once it has been approved, you will be notified via email.
How to Log In
Click the "Client Login" link from the navigation menu on the left side of this page or you can login directly using the Client Login at the bottom. You will need to provide your username (email address) and your password and click the "log in" button.
How to Upload Files
Once you are logged in you can upload a file to us by clicking the "upload" link. Use the "browse" tool to locate the file you want to upload. Click on the file name to select it and then click on "open". This will place the name of the file into the "file" box on your screen. In the "notes" area, enter any notes that you would like to send us. Finally, click "upload" to complete the process. A box will appear indicating the progress of your upload. Once the upload is complete we will be notified with an email.
How to Download Files
Once you are logged in you can download a file by clicking on the name of the file you wish to download. This will open a new window showing the file name with an "open file" link next to it. Click on the "open file" link which will prompt you to "save" or "open" the file to your computer.
